Gnocchi with a creamy tomato sauce
Gnocchi with a beloved sauce made easy.
- 600 g gnocchi
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 sprigs cherry tomatoes
- 200 ml milk
- 125 ml cream
- 2.5 tablespoons Napoli seasoning
- 30 g Parmesan (grated)
Pour the oil into a heated frying pan and fry the gnocchi over medium heat.
Cut the tomatoes into approx. 1 cm cubes, add to the gnocchi and fry briefly. Add the milk and cream.
Add Napoli seasoning and grated Parmesan, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.

A mixed salad - exchange the milk with tomato sauce.
