Breakfast Omelette with Fuego from Oswald
With Fuego from Oswald and many possible variations
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. Fuego from Oswald
- 50 g ham or bacon cubes
- 1 chopped spring onion
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 20 ml milk
Mix the ingredients for the omelette and beat well.
Heat a little oil in a shallow pan and either add the whole mixture at once, let it fry for about 3 minutes, then fold over about 1/3 once, fry for another 2 minutes, then fold over 1/3 again until the omelette is well browned.
Or pour about half into the pan, fry briefly, then fold over 1/3, pull the omelette to the edge of the pan and pour in some of the egg mixture again, fry, fold over again, pour in the rest of the egg mixture and keep folding over until the omelette is rolled up.
Fry well on all sides.
