Thomas’ perch fillet recipe

Serves 4

- 4 Perch fillet 150 gr
- 1,5 tbs. VIVASAN Seasoning mix Agliata (18 gr)
- Butter
- 50 gr Mascarpone or whole-fat cream

Cooking

1. Cut the fish into strips and sprinkle with seasoning mix Agliata.

2. Heat the pan, put the butter and fry the fish on medium heat not for too long.

3. Then add mascarpone or daily cream, let it boil and serve.

For a well-balanced menu we recommend the following on the side:

boiled potatoes and vegetables
