Ferrum is found in hemoglobin, it takes part in oxygen transportation and in the process of formation of erythrocytes. It contributes to the removal of toxic agents from the body. Its deficiency results in the impairment of all vital functions of the body, increased fatigue, gray hair and brittle nails.
