Кориандър

Coriander has been known for a long time. Its other name is cilantro. It is one of few plants in which all parts of the plant are used for food. Coriander improves the taste of dishes of peas and beans, lentils and cabbage. It is added to venison and poultry. Pureed carrots, pumpkins, red beets improve their taste when coriander is added.
