Description
Narrowleaf plantain (Plantago lanceolata) is a Plantaginaceae family plant. Leaves containing flavonoids, phenolcarboxylic acids and their derivatives, carbohydrates and organic acids (fumaric, chlorogenic, neochlorogenic, vanillic, ferulic, protocatechuic, p-hydroxybenzoic, p-coumaric) are used.
Usage description
Leaves of the narrow leaf plantain have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and secretolytic effect for diseases of the respiratory organs, accompanied by thick secretion release, such as for chronic catarrh of the lungs, frequent urination.
