SAA (surface acting agents) are usually chemical substances contained in any detergent, even in usual soaps. Molecule of SAA is a sphere, one pole of which is lipophilic (binds with fats), and the other is hydrophilic (enters into a bond with the water molecules). That is, by one end, SAA particle is attached to a fat particle, and by other end – to particles of water. Anionic SAA. The main advantages are efficiency and high solubility. Non-ionic SAA. The main advantages are favourable effect on the tissue and the most of all – 100% biodegradability.
