Grapefruit oil

Grapefruit oil is extracted by cold pressing grapefruit skins. The skins of about 2000 fruits are needed to yield 1 liter of oil. The ingredients found in grapefruits can positively influence our mood. Some of these ingredients can even directly balance our hormone levels. Grapefruit can, for example, stimulate the body to produce more endorphins.  Endorphins are also known as happiness hormones. Grapefruit oil not only effects our mind but directly influences many of our body's aesthetic and health issues.
