Description
Irish moss (carrageen) - a kind of red seaweeds growing on the coast of Ireland. It contains pectin substances - carrageenans, rich in mineral salts (iodine, bromine, chlorine) and organic acids.
Usage description
It produces a moisturizing effect on the skin due to the ability of carrageenans to retain water. It creates a thin film on the skin surface preventing moisture evaporation. It produces an antioxidant effect and nourishes the skin.
