Oregano is a wild marjoram. It is a type of perennial herbaceous plants of the species oregano of family lamiaceae lLamiaceae lindl.). Oregano already in the Ist century AD was known not only as a seasoning, but also as a medicinal plant. It promotes the secretion of gastric juice and thus improves the digestion, prevents bloating, and helps in the secretion of bile. It has a sedative effect.
Usage description
The infusion of oregano can alleviate headaches and irritability, menstrual pain, as well as for the inflammation of the respiratory tract.
