Description
This product is derived from yeast autolysate by diluting it 4 times with water with the subsequent filtration or centrifugation for the purpose of removal of insoluble (solid) ingredients. It provides the product with the taste identical to taste of dishes cooked in the traditional way, as well as increasing the nutritional value due to the rich list of amino acids, micronutrients and vitamins contained in it.
Usage description
It is a source of vitamins and minerals used in cooking to intensify the taste of various dishes.
