Fennel fruit dry extract

Foeniculum vulgare (the total amount in 175 ml - 0.06 %).Fennel exhibits powerful antioxidant properties. Its composition includes glycosides of kaempferol, quercetin, flavonoids, rutin, malic and succinic acids, sugars. Among phytonutrients, anethole is considered the most important. This substance reduces inflammation in the body, prevents growth of cancer cells, protects liver. Fruit contain fat (up to 12 %) and ether (6 %) oils giving sweet and spicy taste and fragrant smell to the plant. A distinctive feature of the grass is the high content of vitamin C (up to 90 %).
